I work for the Clerk of the Board (Executive Office, Legislative Services, Personnel Services, Records, Finance Group, & Board General Services; 32 People) and for the Board of Supervisors (District 1 – 5; 200 People) where I submit all tickets into SNOW (range from 90 to 120 per month), answer all E-mails and task asked of me, Submit All Cloud (Software) Reviews to the County Technology Office for the Clerk of the Board and for all of the Districts, Work on Tasks for upgrading software, hardware, and any need for COB and BOS that are needed. This includes submitting all requests for new user logins and removals for Non-Paid Volunteers, ensuring all phones and equipment are working for the Districts, and inventorying of all equipment. I also Submit and track all iTrack (billable) items and request equipment for Purchasing for all the above employees. Along with these duties, I help set up the televised board meetings with the equipment in the Board Chambers.
