Promote high-quality standards by implementing processes and methodologies that ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Submit status updates, reports and gather feedback through meetings with internal clients of assigned projects. Drive multiple projects simultaneously and meet project goals and objectives by tracking costs, performance, service level agreements (SLAs) and other metrics. Resolves day-to-day technology needs of the department with a focus on the analysis of processes, dissecting problems and suggesting solutions. Reviews business processes, analyzes existing procedures and systems and makes recommendations for improvements. Develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new process. Participates in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing departmental and organizational conditions. Identifies processes for improvement, documents existing processes, and identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state. Provides highly complex technical consulting and support services for defining, developing and improving functional or business processes to meet user and organizational needs. Works with departmental management and staff to define problems and management requirements. Interfaces and collaborates with other IT staff in the design of new programs, processes, projects and software. Conducts highly complex analysis, design, programming, validation, testing and training and maintenance. Assists with and oversees application testing and product defect tracking. Interfaces with software project team members to assist in all aspects of requirements and testing activities. Improve the department by guiding and mentoring less experienced team members. Provides Advance Troubleshooting Support Optimize and configure the existing network by planning and working on projects, systems and issues of medium to high complexity.

Participate with others in the technical proposal process. Take a lead role for network engineering in project planning, management and implementation of customer solutions. Expertise with routing and switching protocolsMulti-protocol data network support experience with a strong knowledge of routing and routed protocols including, but not limited to TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF Multi-platform Cisco and Redback support experience Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco, Redback, and Fortinet design concepts, implementation and support Demonstrated ability to perform Root Cause and AnalysisFortinet security concepts Operative Knowledge of the following technologies: VPN technologies (MPLS, IPSec, GRE, SSL) Wireless Technologies (Wi-Fi and WWAN) Broadband ( xDSL, Cable, EoC and Fiber)
