Setting financial reports to follow plants activities and control reports.- Writing procedures - Hotline with Controllers (35 controllers)- Automation process by creating new tools with MS Office- Direction of payroll and pricing projects• PRESENTATION: MONTHLY - ROLLING FORECAST & BUDGET- Follow up and consolidation CapEx statements for France Corrugated- Analysis and explanation of discrepancies regarding France Working Capital - Local Tax for France (French Tax, deferred Tax), reconciliation between French and Irish Tax (Tax pack)- Preparation of presentations for European and local meetings.- Data checking in HFM to be in line with assumptions (rolling forecast and budget)- Elaboration of monthly statements for Management Board.- Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures.
