I am an experienced and pragmatic business-minded lawyer with broad knowledge and perspective gained through roles in private practice, as in-house counsel, and as a capital markets regulator. I am eager to learn, become immersed in new industries and to roll-up my sleeves to complete deliverables necessary to advance corporate strategic mandates. My prior experiences have included: (i) corporate governance, secretarial, and regulatory compliance and disclosure duties; (ii) transactional work including directing and completing financings and acquisitions; (iii) corporate operational matters including drafting, negotiating, and interpreting corporate, employment and real estate agreements, and managing litigation; and (iv) otherwise independently resolving novel business and legal issues in an efficient and cost-effective manner.I seek to work with talented, focused and ethical team members to drive the long-term business success of a tangible business or advisory service provider.
