Quickly, he found his passion for project management and for improving methods, processes and tools. So, he completed a certified education as a PM professional (IPMA) and managed product development projects for many years.In parallel he always looked for potential improvements. He optimized the product development process, created the project management handbook and trained the people in two companies. After assuming the role of PM Director Europe for Leggett & Platt, he brought in all his experience from the projects he led himself to improve their PM organization.
