Love Spring Water, LLC is searching for a top tier bottler to bottle our Southern Appalachian spring water on-site or transport to other destinations. Love’s spring water has been consumed since the early 1890's by our family and others. It has always been known as a reliable water source, having never been known to go dry, even in the most severe droughts. If not bottled on-site, reasonable trucking destinations are Atlanta, GA; Birmingham, Montgomery and Huntsville, AL; Chattanooga and Nashville, TN. Professional, geological testing has identified many data points, including:- 200+ lab parameters within MCL’s- No detectable PFAS/PFOS detected by EPA Method 537.1.- Average year round production is approximately ~300,000 GPD from the head of the spring. - A borehole is estimated to reach the source aquifer at a depth of approximately ~200 feet for an estimated additional 1,000,000+ GPD.- Approximate PH is 7.2-7.53; turbidity is "off the chart" clear. - Love Water is all but certain to be from same aquifer as a nearby spring producing 1 million GPD (recharge 1.3 million GPD) piped by the county to thousands of homes.- The thirst quenching taste of Love Spring Water might be equaled by some , but likely exceeded by none.Other positives:- Sole decision maker is Eric Love.- Love’s spring location is rural, and outside any municipal jurisdiction.- No major industry is close to our source.- 1 downstream land owner - Location is historic, scenic and the spring's 2nd small pump house from the 1940's still stands today.We invite the right, qualified bottler to provide remaining due diligence and enter negotiations for a multi-decades lease.
