Aloha, my name is Eric Lower. I received a degree for Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Environmental Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2016. Since receiving my degree I have worked as a wildlife technician, a zoo keeper at the Honolulu Zoo, and presently, driven by my desire to make a positive impact on the environment, I transitioned to an environmental consulting firm (ENPRO). Here, I am continually honing my skills in industrial hygiene, safety, environmental sight assessments, and remediation. I have obtained various industry-related certifications, demonstrating my commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.One of the aspects I enjoy most about my work is the opportunity to be outdoors and immerse myself in nature. Whether it's conducting field research or implementing environmental projects, being outdoors rejuvenates my spirit and fuels my passion. I thrive in environments where I can roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty, working towards a healthier planet.As a project manager, I continuously handle multiple projects simultaneously. I ensure that the project stays on schedule, paying close attention to make sure everyone involved stays on their critical path. I'm responsible for organizing and managing staff, contractors, and working closely with other companies to maintain harmonious partnerships. By keeping everyone happy and satisfied, I facilitate effective communication and collaboration. With my knack for leadership and strong interpersonal skills, I am a valuable asset in the field of project management.Learning is an integral part of my journey, and I am always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise. I believe that staying curious and continuously improving is essential to making a meaningful difference in the world.
