Product design verification by Flotherm XT & Ansys Icepak.And provide inner flow path and thermal ability optimization.ii. Components’ process evaluation and cost analysis.iii. Prototype, A, B, C Sample thermal ability testing and test planning.iv. DFMEA analysis.v. DVT and PVT issue solving. 台達電子：2021/12～至今主要工作內容為車用產品散熱模組設計，針對產品別為車用電腦與車用電子零件。1. Flotherm XT & Ansys Icepak進行初期產品設計驗證，並提供散熱流道與模組設計優化。2. 針對零部件進行製程評估與成本分析。3. Prototype、A、B、C Sample性能測試與測試規劃。4. DFMEA分析。5. 產品DVT與PVT異常排除。 Auras Technology: 2018/10～2021/12The main work content is the design cooling modules for IT products, focusing on brand VGA, MB and Liquid-cooling servers.1. Design cooling module for the MOSFET module and PCH chipset for MB.2. Module heatsink design, heat pipe welding process and process planning.3. Design the heat pipe & fin distribution and performance of the VGA module.4. Prototype Sample performance testing, performance optimization and failure analysis.5. MP issue solving. 雙鴻科技：2018/10～2021/12主要工作內容為IT產品散熱模組設計，針對產品別為品牌VGA、MB和水冷Server。1. 針對MB上MOSFET供電模組與PCH晶片設計散熱模組。2. 模組型材設計、熱管焊接製程與加工路徑規劃。3. 設計VGA模組之熱管鰭片分布與性能。4. Prototype Sample性能測試、性能優化與異常分析。5. 產品試量產異常排除。
