- Manage the area financials for two geographic areas consisting of a total of around 100 customer accounts. - Responsible for financials of $30-$40 million in annual revenues.- Improving and maximizing gross profits is a main focus of my role.- Work very closely with the Area Directors and their local teams of Area Account Managers. Teams of up to about 20 people who have direct reports of around 300 employees. - Create and maintain various financial reports working with large data sets to analyze the business either from my own needs or from the ad hoc requests of leadership. - Perform very detailed P&L reviews with the teams on a monthly basis to review profitability, variances, and analyze each aspect of our revenues, as well as labor costs and other costs of goods. - Assist sales management with monthly forecasting.- Work closely with our billing teams to ensure correct setup and billing of our revenues.- Work with our accounting department to ensure correct recognition of revenue and costs in the correct month and across various business units.- Report on financial results with local area management as well as review with the regional director on at least a monthly basis.- Assist sales with any financial questions pertaining to my accounts when new deals arise. - Track and analyze all aspects of new sales deals coming in from pricing and contract language to execution to implementation and billing.

- Go to person for my team to assist them in resolving complex issues and have a history of dissecting convoluted problems with disgruntled customers and can piece together solutions to fix past issues and develop processes to ensure smooth transactions in the future.- Developed daily reporting that is now used by others in the department to track all key metrics on a daily basis.- Keeps up to date stats on our teams performance and sends it out to them every day.- Work closely with the marketplace directors, sales managers, and reps to resolve a variety of issues.- Act as a project manager for large issues our team deals with to make sure we are handling them correctly and are allocating enough resources to the project to ensure on time results.- Helped prepare Operational Reviews for my manager as well as attending and participating in other marketplace meetings.- Manage all the day to day workflow for my team to ensure all issues and reports are being worked in a timely manner in accordance with departmental goals. - Work with the team members on areas of improvement to make them more effective and efficient in their roles.- Drive team productivity and accuracy on a daily basis.- Have sat in on interviews of internal and external candidates.- Assisted my manager with writing up employee One on One’s and evaluating our staff.

- Managed all the stats for the team and kept them up to date.- Put together month end stats for my manager’s operational reviews.- Compiled stack rankings based off of the combined stats for on the phone metrics and audit scores.- Came up with a new way to track all the different metrics on one spreadsheet for easy at a glance review for each associate month over month.- Performed SR audits and phone monitors on a monthly basis.- Took incoming calls when volumes dictated.- Took escalated calls from the associates on the floor.- Answered the day to day questions that would come up as associates were taking calls and working the incoming emails to the team.- Managed the various email boxes the team worked for incoming issues to make sure we were meeting our 24 hour turnaround time.- Performed monthly one on ones with my associates to go over phone monitors and SR audits as well as any other general training issues and questions they may have had.

- Collected on open AR for Desert Southwest accounts (AZ & NM)- Resolved customer issues by identifying why invoices weren’t paid and forwarded over my research to the billing department to correct the invoices.- Contacted customers not only to find out why invoices weren’t paid, but to notify them of open credits and processed funds transfers and refunds to clean up their accounts.- Assessed past due accounts that were requesting service on machines where their maintenance contracts weren’t paid current and allowed or denied the service calls.
