Identify credit risk through underwriting assessments, performing complex financial analyses on borrowers, and verifying that risk is accurately identified in accordance with the bank’s internal loan risk rating system. Identify collateral risk through a comprehensive review of various types of collateral, ensuring values are accurately represented and that the bank’s security interest is perfected.
