Led the product development and launch of Lutron's Eco-Dim line of products.Led the product development and launch of Lutron's first dimmers designed to work with dimmable screw-in compact fluorescent lamps.Completed a 6 month rotation into Lutron's College Recruiting department - coordinated the hiring of over 50 entry-level employees throughout the organization.Led an effort to define a wireless lighting control solution for the European Hospitality market. Ultimately, through proper communication of the required investments/ROI, the project was cancelled.

Designed / developed the mechanical parts of Lutron's Abella dimmer. This included plastic part design for injection molding, lightpipe design, and sheet metal part design for stamping using Pro/Engineer. Project was seen through from concept to delivery.Supported manufacturing and incoming part quality issues as the sole Mechanical Engineer on the Wallbox Existing Product Support team.
