Here is what I do for every client, why they continue to come back to me, and why they tell their friends and loved ones to call me with their real estate, mortgage, and financial needs:-Because of my experience (17 years), my education (mathematics), and my training (accounting, finance, law), I am able to meticulously analyze my clients tax returns, financial portfolios etc. and ascertain the best structure to qualify them for the best loan. -I am extremely thorough and I vigilantly stay current and educated on all of the constantly evolving rules and regulations of the mortgage world.-As a broker and also a direct lender I have access to every loan program from FHA & VA to Jumbo & Super Jumbo at the most competitive rates but with the greatest flexibility. As Branch Manager I have the ability to positively influence every step of the process from title & escrow, to the appraised value, to the underwriting and closing.-As a result of all this, if I say, "yes, we can get you financing" than your loan will be approved. Period.
