My responsibilities include:- Definition, architecture and deployment of Service Management and Business Processes at POST Technologies based on ITIL and eTOM best practices- Provide POST Technologies' board of directors with a consolidated view of the status of strategic project portfolios and facilitate governance decisions- Provide support, tools and coaching to project managers for example in the area of cost benefit analysis- Setup POST Technologies' strategic PMO (Portfolio Management Office) in collaboration with enterprise-level strategy coordination with the objective to keep project portfolios (execution) aligned with strategy- Enterprise architecture governance

My responsibilities include:- design, procurement and maintenance of operational and business support systems (OSS/BSS)- service oriented enterprise architectures (SOA)- project management involving organization of multi-department and transversal project teams - specification and design of new services- managing contact with external suppliers- Intelligent Network (IN), rating and charging systems- Integration with service delivery platforms and network elements (online and offline)

Responsible for the definition and implementation of a quality management system in the area of software engineering covering software procurement, requirements specification, design, implementation and testing.

- Responsible for the development and maintenance of satellite tracking software for SES's flight dynamics department- Maintenance of ground control systems of different suppliers, supporting different user groups like for example the Satellite Operations Center (SOC)- Requirements analysis, specification, development and roll out of a satellite incident management process (satellite anomaly reporting)- Development of real-time systems in C++ and Fortran on both Unix and OpenVMS operating systems (control of antennas, backup switching etc.)
