It is a vertically integrated operation spanning gas purchasing, power generation and energy sales (90k customers, retail and B2B, ca. 15% market share in Singapore), employing circa 330 staff. Responsible for developing the vision, defining the strategy, and managing the business, organization and stakeholders to maintain a sustainable, profitable business. Develop and implement Strategic Plans consistent with the Singapore Energy Transition and approved by the Senoko Board, to create and maximise shareholder value. Manage the overall profitability of the business, through optimizing fuel purchase, operations, engineering, maintenance, trading & portfolio management and retail. Drive a positive and exemplary Health & Safety culture, and ensuring uncompromising Ethics & Compliance standards. Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including sponsors, lenders, government, regulators, major suppliers, major clients, other Genco’s, business community and media. Communicate and advocate on behalf of the business with government, regulatory authorities, customers and other key stakeholders. Represent the business at relevant industry groups, briefings and other official forums.

 Responsible to protect the existing asset base (Marafiq, PP11, Fadhili, Tihama) (Project Cos and O&M Cos), with P&L responsibility, and contribute to the development of new within-the-fence business opportunities in KSA in an impactful and efficient way by assuming responsibility for heavily interfaced activities for a portfolio of ENGIE assets in KSA. Responsible for all construction projects (Yanbu 4 & J3B RO projects), with P&L responsibility. Manage relationships with various stakeholders and institutions. Hierarchically responsible for the most senior ENGIE secondees in the Project Companies and Owner-Operator Companies. Achieved better EBIT for ENGIE KSA (15% to 40%).
