- Participate in the operation of entire online sales process, maintain a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience with web production team and order fulfillment team based in PRC- Perform sales data and digital analytics with tools (e.g. Google Analytics)- Manage inventory replenishment, engage in promotion planning and campaign execution with manager and teammates - Enable and optimize website function to enhance user experience, including enabling new payment methods, optimizing payment journey, launching SME eShop.- Monitor local courier vendor performance and improve service level with vendor- Optimize logistic flow and method to deliver a better shopping experience to eShop users- Work with different local and regional teams to ensure the products are merchandised and priced correctly- Provide EDM design and content direction to in-house designer- Work close with business partners to maximize eShop sales- Work with different corporations on joint promotion projects and staff offer programs- Provide sales service to VIP SME end-users- Provide CS handling guidance and advice to telesales and CS team- Establish and determine guiding principles for telesales team - Participate in the launch of the first O2O brand store in Hong Kong- Daily O2O store back-end operation
