Oversees the print production process of enterprise-wide information (e.g., payroll, letters, invoices, etc.) processed in the Data Center (DC). Monitors the printing process to ensure completion, to restart jobs and to address interruptions and failures. Manages the sorting and preparation of printed outputs prior to delivery. Physically delivers printed outputs to various Emory departments according to negotiated agreements of time and security. Handles sensitive information and maintains data confidentiality. Sets up printers and printing devices to facilitate the printing production process. Monitors and applies interventions (e.g., clearing jams, transferring data, etc.) when needed to ensure production is on-going, continuous and on schedule. Escalates issues as needed to appropriate vendors to receive needed support for the device. Transfers printed outputs to a different physical location to begin the sorting process. Applies fine sorting methods to collated (i.e., cut sheet) printed outputs to separate these outputs by department level.
