With 2 decades at Eye Associates of North Jersey building a warm welcoming practice, I took my business skills and recently founded Lucens, an e-learning platform with curriculum and premium mentoring to teach physicians all the things they weren’t taught in medical school and training to live their best lives. Our mission at my practice and Lucens is to take the best care of patients and members first, and the rest comes naturally.
