I manage the volunteer engagement program, connecting alumni to volunteer opportunities on campus, overseeing the search, recruitment, and coordination of their arrival as needed. By strategically expanding the program, we have generated an increase in first-time volunteers and a more diverse pool of alumni. I serve as co-lead for reunion volunteers, supporting class leaders in their efforts to amplify reunions through email support, communications creation, and alumni roster management. I also provide customer service to Haas alumni via email and phone, assisting them with access to alumni benefits and addressing general inquiries.

Project managed and created marketing content for the successful launch of the Cal Alumni Mentors program, supporting over 200 alum-to-student matches and providing platform support on the Berkeley Career Network. I also served as the event manager for virtual and in-person events as well as alumni chapter events upon request. In addition, I executed and developed marketing strategies for CAA's alumni chapters program, focusing on content creation that amplified the stories of underrepresented identity/cultural chapters. Furthermore, I managed engagement data collection and clean-up, ensuring accurate and timely upload into the alumni database (CADS) while providing excellent customer service to alums through email management for alumni events and career programs.

Supported the planning of Golden Bear Orientation for 9,000+ incoming new students

As an official campus ambassador at the Koret Visitor Center & Campanile, I provided engaging campus tours for prospective students, visitors, and university departments. Additionally, I provided VIP tours for high-profile guests, visiting faculty, and new staff, creating a memorable experience and welcoming environment for all visitors to the Cal community.

Our team reframed the mission of student philanthropy during the COVID-19 pandemic working towards promoting existing campus services and resources funded by philanthropy. I also co-created and starred in social campaigns to promote giving and spotlight campus resources.

As a mentor, I effectively engaged with a team of 12 Orientation Leaders through virtual platforms while providing facilitation and training on important topics such as diversity and inclusion, student health and wellbeing, and campus resources.

I successfully recruited 45 new members and transitioned our regular recruitment events to virtual offerings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our executive committee collaborated with Golden Bear Orientation to develop a virtual rally that was enjoyed by approximately 400 new students and orientation leaders. My commitment to innovation and collaboration allowed me to create engaging experiences that brought people together and fostered a sense of community despite the challenges presented by the pandemic.

I represented the committee to different campus communities and made planning decisions for the successful execution of university-wide events, including a $60,000 fundraiser for a new bonfire. Additionally, I kept our alumni network engaged through a Facebook group, alumni newsletters, and emails. I transitioned the 130-member committee to Slack from Facebook for internal communications and planned weekly general meetings for the active membership. My commitment to effective communication and planning enabled the committee to achieve its goals and have a meaningful impact on the campus culture and spirit.

I designed and executed Cal Card Stunt Shows for football games and other university events. Working closely with Cal Spirit and Cal Athletics, I helped promote the Cal brand and facilitated student bonding within the committee. My attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional performances had a significant impact on the university community.
