I am responsible for implementing and directing Miron’s leadership and life coaching programs. I coach new leaders during their transition to their new role, individuals looking to develop their emotional intelligence, individuals looking to explore new career opportunities, and individuals willing to focus on life topics and examine who they are in their personal life (and who they are becoming).

I supported over 120 leaders in 4 facilities by facilitating annual talent reviews, goal setting, high/middle/low performance conversations for associates, new leader coaching, ongoing developmental and performance management coaching, employee engagement action planning, leader rounding on direct reports and patient validation, 360 surveys, designing and facilitating leadership development courses and team building events.

Designed and facilitated a coaching program for managers and a mentor program for associates. Provided both product and sales system training for the Product Sales Unit (PSU). Coached both sales leaders and sales associates to improve leadership and sales skills.

Designed and facilitated the new hire training for Prospera's sales and placement representatives. Developed a formal mentor training program for both KellerOnline and Prospera sales and placement teams. Coached both sales supervisors and associates to improve leadership and sales skills.

Designed and facilitated the new hire and refresher training for the KellerOnline and Prospera sales and placement reps. Coached KellerOnline sales and placement representatives. Coordinated multiple speaking engagements with industry experts outside of the company. Designed both Prospera’s and KellerOnline’s coaching note templates for both sales and placement supervisors
