After a solid education at the University of Rennes, followed by a final year at the National Agronomic School of Rennes, I completed a doctoral thesis at INRA Rennes (France) and UC Davis (US). My research focused on genetic diversity in a collection of cabbages (Brassica oleracea) using phenotypic isoenzyme and molecular markers.Professional Experience:SERASEM Company (1993 - 2010): Head of cereal, rapeseed, and legume breeding programs.Development and management of breeding programs in collaboration with multicultural teams.Implementation of new breeding techniques to improve crop yields and resistance.RAGT Group (2010 - 2015): Research Director at R2n.Responsible for breeding programs for various crops: rapeseed, wheat, barley, oats, triticale, peas, faba beans, sunflower, sorghum, and soybeans.Coordination of teams across Europe (France, Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Ukraine), comprising over 80 permanent staff.Supervision of breeding teams, stability, experimentation, in vitro culture laboratories, pathology, and molecular markers.Creation of several hundred varieties: RGT Planet (barley), Skyfall (soft wheat), Anvergur (durum wheat), Alpaga (rapeseed), etc.Since 2015, I have founded Cybeleseeds, a company specializing in agronomy consulting.
