Since I first started helping people win with technology as a child, I have strived to deliver service and results that keep customers and clients satisfied, informed, and empowered. Through this, I have been able to explore roles in food service, sales, music, education, customer support, computer repair, and currently as Service Manager of an Apple-Authorized Service Provider. Under my guidance and commitment of teamwork from my staff, we have been able to obtain the status of Premium Service Provider since 2016. I enjoy goal-driven work, ensuring to meet and exceed any and all metrics. My constant focus on teamwork and feedback from other team members has been at the forefront of my motivation to consistently improve upon my duties and knowledge of a given job. I look for ways to make processes more efficient, user friendly, and cost effective.I strive to maintain a sense of ownership in my job, knowing that the success of my accomplishments, big or small, allow the company to thrive. I am self-motivated and enjoy detail-oriented tasks. I employ an outgoing, open and positive form of communication both to my team and to my clients. I look forward to the constant change and new opportunities that technology and support have provided me.
