I’m currently a Managing Partner and the Director of Research at Nightview Capital, where I lead the firm’s high-level research and actively participate in the day-to-day decision-making for our investments. I also write The Nightcrawler, a weekly newsletter that dives deep into long-term investing, business, and technology. Before I moved into the world of finance, I worked as an investigative journalist, writing for outlets like The New Yorker, GQ, Newsweek, and Inc. One of the highlights of my journalism career was receiving the Best in Business Award from the Society for Advancing Business Editing and Writing (SABEW) in 2015. My experience in investigative journalism informs my approach to investment research, where I place great emphasis on thorough analysis and long-term thinking. In addition to my role at Nightview, I also write a column for Big Think called The Long Game, where I explore the value of long-term thinking in business and investing.
