Audit of various Unilever sites completed in those countries (7 sites) to estimate how they are working today with theirs partners and how CBRE can improve operational and financial points. Reviewing and improving client request, obtain quotation of work with sourcing team and local players, managing administrative support with remote assistant to be sure to follow and comply contractual obligation and process. Tracking proyect status completion and follow up to close it within established time and accordingly with client expectations. Conducting regular meeting with client and CBRE Team to review request and proyect status. Sharing knowledge and learning from experience to improve our partnership to provide better prestation everyday.
