Administrate random quality checks on contact center agents’ incoming and outgoing calls, tickets, emails, and sitting down with the agents and coaching accordingly on the process. Recommend and assist supervisors and managers with agent concerns and needs. Pull and send calls to partners, supervisors and managers for various reasons (example: escalations) Also send monthly reports to management with all the agents scores and averages etc, as to help them with keeping a close eye on agent performance and achievements.

In charge of running debarking equipment and processing debarked wood to the Flaker end of the mill. Duties included keeping a watchful eye on cameras, machinery and the overall process to make sure everything ran continuously over a 12 hour period.
