I believe I have what it takes to say that I have experience in customer service in the airline field as I have undergone training and done exams through kenya airways on:- Airside safety, dangerous goods, introduction to weight and balance, aviation security,communication skill, Customer handling.Also I have experience in using the Amadeus system used in most international airports as I worked for kenya airways in checking in and out customers from various parts of the world.I worked as a customer service agent at kencall epz answering to calls and transcribbing to incoming calls into text. I underwent training to polish my customer service skills on how to communicate good english on phone with clients.Also I can say that I have knowledge in business management as taught in college and have applied what I learned practically. Also I have knowledge in IT, I know how to use:- Excel, word, balance sheet, spreadsheet, networking and also a little of proggramming in c+ basic level.I have good knowledge in entrepreneurial services in the transport industry, as I used to manage and run my transport business which its main purpose was to carry school children to and from school to their homes. Also run car hire services on weekend's after schools break for recreational purposes.
