While serving within the Executive Flight Detatchment I have held responsibilities such as Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge, Team Leader, and Ceremonial Guard to support the executive flight detatchments mission on the road as well as within the facilities. Not only have I gained experience within executive level support, I have gained experience in leading individuals across the Marine Corps. I have held a squad leader and fire team leader billet for the majority of my time here. This hass allowed me to become a leader and further my skillset as a leader. I have also aquired skills such as being a good team player, analyzing individual behavior, discipline, being able to successfully operate under stressful conditions, financial management, and many other skills to help accomplish the executive mission.
