· Commanding Officer of the technical training school for the Canadian F-18, overseeing staff of more than 100 personnel and over 400 students in 2 locations (Cold Lake and Bagotville).· Quickly recognized the need to reorganized delivery of training to reduce significant backlog of students awaiting training.
