Provide leadership, budget, direction & accountability for the different groups within Engineering. Maintain QuikTrip’s standards of design, quality, and consistency while minimizing overall development cost and liabilities. Responsible for team completion of 45-55 new stores annually across operating markets, along with large scale efforts on 500-650 open/operating stores.

Facilitate Civil Site Development of QuikTrip projects within the current markets of operation. Coordinate projects with Real Estate, Construction, Procurement, Environmental Teams. Specific functions related to conceptual / preliminary / final site design (with estimates at each stage. Manage set of external consultants in both Civil Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering fields. Work with various municipalities to facilitate permitting.
