Manage OpenGov's east coast Customer Success team, aiming to scale our engagement strategies and promote better adoption of the OpenGov platform in our customer base.

Partner with over 70 public sector entities in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, ranging from cities to counties to school districts, on using OpenGov's budgeting, performance, and citizen engagement software. I routinely engage in strategic conversations with leaders across these governments, identifying use cases & opportunities to leverage OpenGov's platform, and ensuring customers are finding value from our solutions. Additionally, I lead initiatives to improve OpenGov's internal operations. Specifically, I oversee our reference program, driving better referrals & references across our customer base, and have helped overhaul our company's onboarding process for new customers.

My main responsibilities include project management & analytical support for several process improvement initiatives in our primary care business. Specifically I lead three projects as part of a larger initiative to restructure our clinical care teams within our managed care business in California: the first work stream is creating a process to provide point of care referrals for our HMO patients. The second work stream is building a staffing model & analyzing for variances in our labor. And the third work stream is redesigning future state roles & responsibilities of our care teams. For all of these projects I build out and execute on project plans, present regularly to senior leaders, track & analyze metrics, and coordinate with field partners.

Project management for several process improvement initiatives, specifically for DaVita Medical Group and Colorado Springs Health Partners. The main focus of my work was on streamlining our primary care referrals management and improving patient experience within our clinics. Additionally, I assisted with implementing new processes in our electronic health records (i.e. putting patient pictures in patient medical records) and piloting new clinical workflows (i.e. creating a nurse triage service for patients).

Help with constituent services, including answering phones, giving tours, and responding to mail. Additionally, attend briefings and hearings on behalf of the Congressman, and work extensively with the health policy adviser on a bill promoting price transparency in healthcare.

Helped lead public and private tours of Stanford. While working in the office, I answered phone calls, gave directions, answered questions from visitors, and various other customer service tasks. I was also a student manager and helped oversee the day-to-day operations of the Visitor Center while completing projects ranging from hiring new guides to running staff meetings.

Led discussion sections, coordinated course logistics, and graded assignments for "HUMBIO122s: Social Class, Race, Ethnicity, and Health", an upper-division Human Biology class.

Served as a course assistant for HUMBIO 19SC: Parks and Peoples: Dilemmas of Protected Area Conservation in East Africa.

Assisted with various projects in the Office of Faculty Recruiting and Academic Administration. Such projects included managing excel sheets, creating annual reports, helping process reimbursements, and other assorted office duties like making copies, filing letters, and event planning.

Assist the Child Nutrition Program as part of the USDA-Food and Nutrition Services. I am specifically working on the rollout of a new USDA initiative called Community Eligibility Provision. Tasks include data collection and analysis (Excel), creating presentations (PowerPoint), responding to questions from stakeholders, and developing guidance materials for states to implement the program.

Help students with class presentations, especially for the Program in Writing and Rhetoric. I also help conduct mock interviews for students wishing to practice their interviewing skills.

I serve as a tutor for student athletes at Stanford, specifically for introductory Human Biology classes.

Assisting Professor Gary Cox with a summer research project through Stanford's Summer Research College in the Department of Political Science. The project's focus is on the budget process of countries all of the world. My work mainly consists of reading constitutions, coding for different steps in the budget process, and analyzing data collected. Additionally, I am completing work on a case study on Chile and their history of fiscal policy.

I planned all the logistics for a week long program that focused on connecting Stanford seniors and co-terms with businesses, mostly in consulting, finance, and technology. On the student side, I reviewed applications for the program, coordinated with students for housing, and managed the daily activities of the participants during the program. With the businesses, I contacted numerous companies, sold them sponsorship packages, assisted them in their plans to come to campus, and worked with them to review the resumes and engage with students in different workshops. On top of directing the program, I managed a temp agency that paid the summer employees of Stanford Residential Education. This job consisted of tracking the hours of employees, up keep of the temp agency website, and troubleshooting whenever problems arose.

Worked in a fungal biology lab doing various tasks and research projects, including lab/equipment management, microscope use, completing genotype crosses, and making media for experiments.
