Area Director
Current- Meet the annual budget through major gifts, events, grants and all fundraising activities
- Responsible for development and monitoring of annual regional budget, ensuring that funds are raised to cover annual operational budget as well as to build for future capacity
- Establishes new business development and volunteer recruitment efforts with corporations, foundations and individuals
- Assesses agency Board needs and builds strong advisory boards to support the functionalities of fundraising, volunteer recruitment and marketing
- Serve as staff liaison to the advisory boards, sharing financials at each CLC meeting.
- Helps build strategic and operational plans, and implements accordingly, maintaining compliance of KSBBBS while also representing the individual needs of the area.
