Responsible for managing projects relating to new product development of Human Machine Interface (HMI’s) devices. Typical projects include integrating new mechanical designs, new electronics (PCBAs), and software images into a single integrated product line. Projects are managed utilizing agile and Kanban methodologies. Key Responsibilities include: • Oversee multiple hardware/software projects over all phases of business development. • Develop project management plans, to include but not limited to, Time management Plan, Cost Management Plan, and Risk Management Plan. • Monitor & Control Risks, Scope, Schedule, and Budget to ensure project is delivered to customer per quoted schedule and per requirements.• Drive ongoing team efforts through requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
