My journey began in the military, serving as an Army Intelligence Analyst, where I honed my skills in leadership, strategic planning, and resilience. These experiences laid the foundation for my transition into the business world.Military Background: I’m a proud veteran who has served on active duty and now a member of the Virginia Army National Guard. Bringing the discipline and strategic mindset from my military career into my coaching practice. My time in the Army has taught me the importance of adaptability, perseverance, and leading by example—skills that are critical in both the battlefield and the boardroom.Government Service: Following my military career, I served as a Branch Chief and Deputy Division Chief in federal government service. In these roles, I led diverse teams in tackling complex problems, driving strategic initiatives, and improving organizational efficiency. My responsibilities included overseeing large-scale projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of critical operations. This experience further refined my leadership abilities and deepened my understanding of organizational dynamics.Business Coaching: After my service, I ventured into the realm of business coaching.
