I started my career at Green Mountain Grills as a technician while finishing my degree. After graduating, I was promoted to manage the technical support department where I hired and trained staff. I implemented information systems to track customers globally and presented innovative product features and improvements that have become industry standards.During my tenure at Green Mountain Grills, I also invented the software that powered the world's first app-controlled cooking appliance. This technology has been widely adopted by customers worldwide. I wrote and designed support materials that have been distributed to hundreds of thousands of customers globally. As a result, I was asked to star in company videos which have receive millions of views on YouTube.In my next role, I was given the responsibility of managing all accounts in California and tasked with expanding the business. Through my dedication and hard work, I was able to increase company sales in California by over 500% .I also traveled across the country to speak on the company's behalf at numerous presentations and shows.
