Mr. Eric McGovern is the President and CEO of Pavarini McGovern, LLC, the new building construction management business unit within the Structure Tone organization. His career spans four decades and combines experience in the strategic and tactical planning and development for the construction of many significant, challenging and complex building projects, both domestically and internationally. He is a master builder with experience in all facets of building construction, having served in most capacities of a construction management team. His expertise includes multiple types of both new construction, renovation and expansion, such as major office buildings, high-rise hotel, residential buildings, and aviation, educational, cultural and health care facilities. He is directly involved in an advisory and supervisory role providing his extensive construction expertise to our project teams. Eric provided leadership on some notable large-scale, multi-building projects include the Atlantis II Resort, Bahamas; Baha Mar resort development on New Providence Island, Bahamas; Continental Airlines’ “global gateway” expansion project at Newark Liberty International Airport; Canary Wharf one of the largest civil engineering projects involved constructing multiple new buildings over and next to the active Docklands Light Rail; construction of Euro Disney in Paris, France; Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in NY Harbor; the Langham Place-Fifth Avenue at 400 Fifth Avenue and the residential tower at 610 Lexington Avenue in NYC.
