Eric McIntosh is the Senior Director of Community Engagement at the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (AZHCC), where he has collaborated with public and private sector organizations for over six years. Enthusiastic about empowering entrepreneurs, community leaders, and business owners, Eric delivers essential education, consulting, and prompt resources that drive growth and expand community impact. He finds new opportunities for revenue generation, including sponsorships and partnerships, and leads initiatives to increase membership growth, retention, and engagement, ensuring intellectually enriching and interactive experiences for members.Eric advances AZHCC’s mission by strategizing data analysis, marketing, and stakeholder engagement, promoting economic development and organizational excellence. He represents AZHCC at the local, state, national, and international levels, broadening its reach and influence. In addition to serving on AZHCC’s international committee, Eric strengthens the Chamber’s global connections as a board member of Global Ties Arizona. Selected by the Consulate General of Mexico in Phoenix to join its scholarship committee, he also helps advance educational opportunities for adult students. Outside of work, Eric enjoys family time, sports, travel, learning new languages, and following European soccer.
