Participate in the development of laser products by working closely with the development team and help optimizing the design through DFM.• Support the release of the product BOM and documentation in PLM and ERP systems.• Support the ECO process.• Tracks design changes and communicate to Operations team.• Facilitate execution of the Laser Qualification process.• Support incoming inspection.• Participate in the procurement, installation, and management of equipment, fixtures, and circuit board / electronics tests.• Establish and maintain inventory controls and support transactions and planning in ERP system.• Establish and manage maintenance plans for the building.• Establish and manage cleanroom performance and compliance plans.• Develop equipment maintenance and calibration plans.• Participate and support the prototype build schedule, including parts procurement.• Implement plans and resolve issues regarding sourcing, specifications, and quality during development.• Verify and improve beta system BOMs, materials and procedures, including Cycle Time and Cost Reduction.• Track and resolve, cross-functionally, NPI issues to improve quality and manufacturability.• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to the Manufacturing team.• Support Pilot ramp

Orchestrate the entire production operations, and oversees all manufacturing operations to ensure production meets the required deadlines with quality standards to be completed within the operational budget.
