A new path in my professional career involving complete ownership of a client portfolio, cultivating relationships, responsibility over larger IT environments, and gaining insight into how IT drives SMB. I'm grateful for the wealth of information I soaked up and the team I worked with.

Begin chapter 2 of my role at P&L Technology after it was acquired by Scantron. I continued gaining experience planning and implementing larger projects and helping the Service Desk with escalations.

I began my career in MSP as a Service Desk engineer, and was later promoted to Implementation Engineer. I worked with a fantastic team and gained valuable skills that I continue practicing to this day.
