I'm a consistent producer in just about any roll who works smart and hard! My super power is empathy and I've learned to trust my gut and experience over the years. My empathy also helps make me an excellent advocate for others as well.In today's changing world I consider myself always open and adaptable to change and highly trainable.  I've have 10+ years experience in leadership and am always looking to learn more.   I tend not to be a micromanager,  instead I'm a leader who encourages people to be themselves and find what methods work best for them to be successful while meeting and exceeding company objectives.Currently I'm a cellphone repair technician who enjoys the roll in general. After spending many years in retail and call center rolls I've come to appreciate rolls, like my current one, that allow me to concentrate on a specific task and requires less human interaction, however providing a better life for my family is always my number one goal.Since a big part of my background is in sales and management I'm definitely a great listener and relatable.
