The platform is in use with leading providers in 35 states and has delivered over 2M assessments to patient suffering from mental health and substance use disorders. In 2024, the company was acquired by Neuroflow.In 2010, Mr. Meier joined Cervel Neurotech, a medical device company providing targeted non-invasive deep brain stimulation for psychiatric and neurologic disorders, as President and CEO. Since 2010, Cervel completed a variety of successful clinical studies for patients suffering from depression. The company built a world class management team and raised in excess of $25M. In 2017, The Company was acquired by Rio Grande Neurosciences.In 2000, Mr. Meier founded Calypso Medical and served as its President and CEO from 2000 - 2010, a medical device company providing real time tumor tracking company for the delivery of external beam radiation therapy. During that period, the company raised in excess of $175M, achieved five FDA clearances and treated in excess of 50,000 patients. In 2011, the company was acquired by Varian Medical Systems. At Johnson and Johnson, he led a variety of corporate development activities focused upon identifying new markets, and technologies at several operating companies.Mr. Meier is a board member of Clarksdale Collegiate, a K-12 charter school located in Clarksdale, MS and Horizons, a STEM summer school program, located in Savannah, GA .
