• Designed and implemented a multi-phased project for the segmentation of the Process Control Domain which increased our security zones from 10 to 60, upgraded the core network to a redundant 10GB capacity, upgraded all L2/3 firewalls and re-configured all workstations and switches. • Contract owner responsible for the governance and oversight of 13 third-party vendors contracted to support all systems and software in use on the Process Control Domain. Establishes and maintains excellent collaborative relationships with all levels of management and the vendors to evaluate performance monitoring against defined service level agreements. Responsible for the coordination and escalation of critical issues to appropriate leadership to ensure quick resolution.• Developed and digitized an integrated Process Control Domain work process solution for asset inventory, management of change, vulnerability management, and user access management to improve compliance and reduce overall OT risk. • Responsible for workforce development and strategy to ensure the necessary technical coverage by using a combination of staff and third-party vendors to meet the complex site operational needs which include three different DCS vendors (Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa Centrum, Honeywell TDC), three different safety systems (Emerson SiS, Yokogawa Prosafe, Triconex) and ~20 applications. • Site Process Control Domain- OT Security Focal Point responsible for management of the Process Control Domain work processes including governance, compliance, backup and recovery, access control, vulnerability management, lifecycle planning and incident response. Examples of activities include LoD-1 self-assessments, remediation planning, KPI reporting to leadership, lifecycle reviews with third parties and participation in the Process Control Domain community of practice.

Process Control Network (PCN) administrator responsible for site PCN architecture and security. Review proposed PCN changes to assure system integrity and security. Engineering, Programming, Commissioning and Startup of all process equipment operations including control and safety systems for the IMTT/Shell St. Rose Bitumen project. Responsibilities include developing sequencing algorithms for all equipment systems and the necessary safety systems to protect the equipment. Systems include variable frequency drive crude feed pumps and tanks, asphalt storage tank systems, and truck loading systems.Performed loop checks and troubleshooting of facility instrumentation including: pressure/temperature transmitters, coriolis mass flow meters, control valves, and radar levels.Lead engineer on the automation of the IMTT line blowdown process. Responsibilities included database design, HMI development and PLC programming to dynamically sequence valves based on a tank and dock selection.
