• As a Transaction Analyst, I conducted financial analysis on the proposed purchase of office complexes and industrial sites and underwrote over $2B in deals, and we closed on about $100M of those properties.
• I also worked on the company’s existing portfolio to determine if we had any variances in the written budget and conducted forecasting for future budgets and made my recommendations to management in this regard.
