- Manufacturing Pallets, Fluidized drying and coating as per MO and required specifications. With fluid air and Glatt fluid bed dryer.- Ensure that the planned production program was followed and meet the daily outputs and reliability and cycle time following all GMP compliance.- Operating and maintaining the equipments like Comil, Q- vac, Granumil, Granulator, Extruder, Marumerizer, Kasson Shaker, Fluid bed processo- Cleaning, sanitizing, and assembling the changed parts of equipments/machines in accordance with cGMP/SOP’s compliance - Maintaining manufacturing area clean as per USP, cGMP/FDA regulations- Assisting Q.A. personnel for residual testing after cleaning and sanitation of equipments/machines- Participated in routine cGMP training to achieve quality awareness- Handling, Dispensing and transporting raw materials required for batch manufacturing in accordance with cGMP regulations- Proper documentation of batch manufacturing records, Cleaning/Service logs, Activity logs in accordance with cGMP regulations- Maintaining the level of the product as per standard specifications and M.O.- Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping of work area to ensure GMP and safety compliance- Responsible for some in-process testing like moisture contain [LOD], Pellets sizes sheave analysis, Micro sampling, Dissolution profile ranges etc.- Responsible of set-up coating equipment and start coating process. Top spray and bottom spray. Film coating and enteric coating. Making solution for spray.- Responsible for operating, Checking, and troubleshooting- Process equipments its parameters and specification to obtain good yield and quality finished product.
