Connectivity Systems Inc (dba CSI International) is an IBM partner responsible for a set of deeply established mainframe software products that help operate the critical infrastructure of governments, banks, and businesses worldwide. * While at CSI Eric managed the teams responsible for product development lifecycles and support, as well as procedures and practices used in business technology, sales integration, security, and strategic planning. * He was responsible for the adaption of continuous development and delivery methodologies, and pioneered agile methods, team rejuvenation, and cross-training strategies. * Eric's teams worked tirelessly on building cutting edge tools and software for z/OS, z/VSE, and z/Linux systems, all centered on value-gaming the IBM Z mainframe architecture. * He oversaw the development source code for HLASM, C, REXX, JCL, and COBOL programs dating back to the 1970's.* Drove the acquisition of a business that owned multiple critical path products that were integrated into the infrastructures of some of the largest insurance companies worldwide.* Upgraded and modernized the entire company internal infrastructure from failing EOS/EOL technologies, including redundant failovers. * Created and tested a disaster recovery plan and systems, company wide for the first time in its history.* Stakeholder driver in the growth of partnerships and synergy with leading industry players including BMC, Broadcom/CA, and IBM.

Eric is an experienced entrepreneur and key stakeholder in the development and management of portfolio assets at Share Space, a startup incubator that he founded to assist entrepreneurs and businesses in development, funding, management, and growth. He was instrumental in helping businesses build prototypes, raise capital, and maximize asset value realization. Eric was particularly involved in the operational and technology nexus of management and helped build many businesses from start to finish. His achievements include launching a media portfolio of over 2,300 websites in competition with Demand Media, developing a central core of technology libraries that brought ML/AI to article creation and systems management, and assisting numerous startups in the first round of MVP development and early prototype launch development. Additionally, Eric was the largest owner of the *SOCIAL.COM domain space, including numerous well-known brands operating today, which was subsequently sold both as individual assets and packages to various groups. This experience was done as an Aspen-funded venture.

Assisted the founders and executive team of the company in the requirements gathering, MVP design, launch and ideation, management, business development, and direction during the concept to seed stages. The company received numerous funding rounds before being fully acquired by a group of Private Equity companies. The concepts, technology and design Eric originally build and developed is now the backbone of the genetic risk management systems for a number of the worlds largest healthcare organizations. Eric was responsible for the strategic planning and operations of the Information Systems needs at Aqua Farming International. This included its formation, infrastructure design and deployment, recruiting talent, short and long term planning, and team building. The company grew to include thousands of stakeholders on 3 continents.

As part of the management team Eric was responsible for the implementation, design, testing, deployment and operational management of systems in branch and head office locations. This included development of early adopter mobile applications and online trading platforms for financial systems that serviced governments and the U.S. Navy.
