I was born and raised in Healdsburg and have been in the hospitality industry since I began washing dishes at 12 years old. I bring my unmatched passion, love, and enthusiasm for this industry. My success has been driven by my loyal and dedicated work ethic to continue to aspire to create a unique and memorable guest experience they will remember forever. Matched with my enthusiasm for this industry comes my plethora of knowledge for the world of wine, food, and unparalleled hospitality which comes from my over 15 years managing high-end/Michelin Starred restaurants and wineries.I strive to be a leader to my staff as well as a mentor. I work hard to be a team player and it is satisfying to me when my staff reach their highest potential and find their love and passion for this industry. I have always had amazing loyal relationships with past employees who continue to contact me for advice and direction when needed. Witnessing them climb the industry ladder is a highest accomplishment as a mentor. I am looking to expand and spread my knowledge of this industry with my future peers.
