Buying and coordinating national office of a network of 13 regional buying offices and 850 pharmacies, meaning 4000 employees and a 800 million € turnover.Reporting to the Chairman of the Board, I was responsible for all aspects of the development: purchasing, sales, marketing, coordination of the Executive Board.From 1995 to 1998, sales of the buying offices to the affiliated stores increased of 105%, and the number of shops, of 48%; as for the average sales of these stores, their growth was twice the one of the national pharmacy market.

Buying office of a multi-level marketing company with a network of 50 000 distributors.Reporting to the Marketing and Purchasing Director, I was responsible for three lines of cleaning products, one line of tableware and cookware, and twelve lines of hygiene products, cosmetics and perfumes. I was mainly in charge of applied marketing, purchasing, supply, financial engineering, and management.The sales of my division increased of 60% in 1993 reaching a 76 million € turnover, and the commercial margin rised to 60%; meanwhile the inventory turnover and the service rate were optimized.

Buying office for a national network of home hardware and do-it-yourself stores.Reporting to the Purchasing Director, I was in charge of purchasing and marketing for a line of household products.I bought, managed and sold 1350 items to more than 510 stores. I was responsible for a 5.35 million € turnover and for a rough 16% commercial margin.
