I am Director of IT Services with a passion for technology. Having been in the IT space for as long as I have, I know how difficult it can be to lead an organization's digital landscape, providing top-tier security services, and doing that all on a budget. I'm proud of the team and processes we're providing out partners today and look forward to the opportunity to provide excellent support for our growing customer base.In my previous role as IT Architect for Revenir Energy, I provided domain wide support in security, infrastructure, and networking. My responsibilities entailed enterprise backup solutions, network planning/configuration, server management, Azure, and MDM. Providing IT engineering for the oil and gas industry was a challenge, but with our team we were able to secure our environment while maintaining operational workflows for users across the continental United States.As a veteran of the United States Air Force, I amassed a wide variety of IT experience before pursuing my career in the higher education field. My background also included project management and team lead responsibilities. Active Directory, ticket management, group policies, and hardware troubleshooting/administration are areas where I have a mass of experience. As the technology landscape continues to change, so do I. I continuously seek to expand my knowledge of the various topics that encompass the IT career field. Providing secure and highly available platforms for the business is an exciting challenge that I look to tackle.
