My role in Kenvue was part of the newly created spin-off from J&J Consumer Health. - Lead the Digital Synchronized Planning Capability including the creation & execution of the digital strategy in partnership with Functional & Regional stakeholders. - Develop the multi-year Synchronized Planning Digital Transformation strategic roadmap to implement and advance digital capabilities to deliver Reliability and customer-first objectives, drive financial growth and optimized cash flow, and increase process maturity. - Create, manage and communicate statuses and continued realignment of business needs against Digital Roadmap to all levels of stakeholders. - Drive the planning and delivery execution of MVP’s & scaling of digital solutions to advance Plan capabilities in the area of Demand Planning and Management, Global Network Planning and Responsive Supply, and Inventory and Supply Optimization. - Orchestrate, with IT, DTO, & PLAN functions, the Digital Separation work required as part of the separation of our new Kenvue Consumer company.- Drive resolution to risks by creating risk mitigation plans for post Day 1 operation.

Program lead accountable for deploying the Digital Transformation and E2E Data Excellence strategic initiatives for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Supply Chain. Primary responsibilities include:- Shaping our E2E data & analytics strategy, roadmap, and capabilities- Leading value realization by developing business cases and driving execution. - Optimizing core business processes and governance to elevate our overall data & analytics capability maturity.

Workstream lead for global planning, responsible for driving J&J Medical Device’s supply chain transformation by deploying an industry-first strategic collaboration with an external manufacture. Scope included 14 manufacturing sites across Europe and North America, transitioning of 50k+ finished good SKUs and an SAP ERP implementation.
