My intern experience entailed working with advertising and promoting the Reno Aces Baseball Club at community events in and around the city of Reno. I also arranged on field and off field promotions as well as collected and organized supplies needed for said promotions. Lastly I cooperated and communicated with the marketing and promotions team to ensure smooth flow of game day operations.

The main responsibilities of my job are to promote and sell Direct TV inside retailers such as Costco while contributing a positive atmosphere and influence to the retailer. I ensure customers are effectively and accurately informed about the product and its features so they can make an educated decision on the product. My job also includes efficiently communicating with in-house management as well as Costco management in regards to sales in addition to policy compliance.

Other aspects of my job include organization of the floor by setting up tables and chairs for events based of diagrams provided by supervisors. Another large part of my job includes cleaning up around the building as well as assisting patrons with anything they need.

My job involved handling clients personal belongings in a careful and efficient manner while loading and unloading delivery trucks. I also paid close attention to detail and instructions given on the job site while moving heavy furniture and equipment. As well as being attentive to supervisors I collaborated on a team of five to ensure everyone’s safety around the heavy loading equipment.Another large part of my job included organizing customers belongings efficiently and effectively in a manner to ensure that nothing was broken or damaged.

Additionally I contributed to maintaining restaurant cleanliness to ensure customers safety as well as to keep the restaurant up to FDA regulations.
