Project won AIA Chicago 2020 Distinguished Building Award, 2020 Illinois Real Estate Journal Affordable Housing Project of the Year, and 2021 Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Award for Architectural Excellence.• Provided management of general contractor and financing of a $13 million historic renovation and new construction, mixed-income housing development in the City of Milwaukee.• Grew relationships with funders, non-profit partners, government agencies, and community members.
