Responsible for assisting the State Secretary of Science and Technology in advancing the governor's vision for the UAS industry in Oklahoma as well as assessing privacy issues and regulation and their effects on that industry.

Oversees R&D efforts and program management in unmanned system projects. Manages business development for the UML's unmanned flight facility in Ft. Sill's restricted airspace. Sits on the Oklahoma Governor's unmanned systems advisory council and privacy sub-committee. Provides oversight and safety expertise for UAS flight operations including the Dept. of Homeland Security's RAPS (Robotic Aircraft for Public Safety) program. Expert in operation and application of UAS capabilities from first responders to agriculture as well as military and law enforcement scenarios. Extensive knowledge of the FAA COA (Certificate of Authorization) system and the FAA's plan to integrate UAS into the National Airspace System.
